Does it cost anything?: No. The faucet pays you; there is nothing to buy and no deposit.
Where does the money go?: Straight to the FaucetPay account you signed in with, in PEPE. This site never holds your balance.
Is the dice game fair?: Every roll is sha256(server_seed : client_seed : nonce), and the server commits to a hash of its seed before you bet. Your multiplier decides the number you have to beat, and you can check any past roll yourself from the game page once you rotate your seed.
Why do I need a captcha every time?: Without one, a script would take every claim within minutes and there would be nothing left for anyone else.
